hey mom, its monday!

Good morning! Well a good start so far....I did sleep ok last night. Roads were fine, got to say goodbye to Sara and becky, my sisters. Than the hardest thing I've ever done, saying goodbye to jasmine. I balled my eyes out, still teary eyed about it. And it doesn't help that my poor baby is sick.:'( but I talked to her dad this morning and I don't think he even realizes yet. For those of you who don't know, her dad and I have a great relationship now. We were together a long time, and now we have been not together long enough to be friends again. Also he is a great father, I wouldn't be leaving my daughter if he wasn't. So anyways, I was just thinking he is kind of a ditz, makes me laugh. He told me last night he didn't think I was leaving tell Tuesday. Well I have only been telling him for weeks....men and there selective hearing. So now mom and I are on the road to grand forks, this is actually happening! I laughed cause I have been telling mom all week, hey mom its almost Monday! So to cheer me up after dropping jazz off, mom turns and goes, hey Kim its Monday! Wow, it is Monday, never thought I would be excited for a Monday! So to everyone I love friends and family, this isn't goodbye, its ill see you later! And I'm only one really expensive but fun trip away! Otherwise I will see you in May!

  1. I am looking forward to your blogs about what you learn, how you deal with homesickness, how much you love San Francisco.

If you get a chance, go to the bookstore and get the little book called "Strengthfinders 2.0" and take the computerized test (it has a code in the book). It will tell you your skills.

  3. Eek! I'm so excited for you! I'm glad you got some sleep. You are landing in San Fran anytime now, and I keep looking at the clock and thinking of you. I can't wait to see pictures of everything, and hear all about it!
